Recently, I had a cold-call from a potential client looking for help with some advanced NetSuite functionality. After speaking for a while, it became clear that we could help them with their new functions. But more importantly they lacked a cohesive strategy for all of the technologies they were bringing together in their Enterprise. So, we helped them with their strategy too.

Through that, I thought, now is probably the perfect time for companies to revisit their IT Strategies or, finally create their first one.
