Can you migrate our email to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We move mailboxes, calendars and contacts from other providers or older Exchange servers, and plan the switch so your team keeps receiving email throughout.
Is Microsoft 365 data backed up automatically?
Microsoft keeps deleted items for a limited time, but that isn't a full backup. We add a separate backup for email, OneDrive and SharePoint so data can be restored later.
How do we know we're on the right licences?
We review each user's actual usage and recommend the right plan per person, which often reduces cost while adding the security features you need.
What is multi-factor authentication and do we need it?
It adds a second check, like an app prompt, when someone signs in. It's one of the most effective ways to stop stolen passwords from becoming a breach, so we recommend it for every account.
